By inviting and using Melody, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may remove the bot from your server at any time.

2. Use of the Bot

You agree not to use Melody for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. You also agree to follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Data Usage

Melody only stores the minimum data required for functionality. No personal data is sold or shared. Data is never used outside of bot functionality.

4. Availability

Melody may experience downtime, maintenance, or outages. While we aim for reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or remove Melody from any server that violates these terms or Discord policies.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Melody means you accept the updated Terms.
